Transfer, in exercise of powers under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), is sought of HMA No.563694/2016 titled Sunil Vs. Shobha of the Court of Shri M.C. Gupta, Principal Judge, North-West District, Family Court, Rohini, Delhi to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District South, Saket Courts, New Delhi on the ground of it being convenient to the petitioner to visit the Saket Courts, New Delhi owing to residence in the vicinity thereof and for the reason of a proceeding under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (DV Act) filed by the petitioner pending in District South, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 2.
Notice of the petition was ordered to be issued and is reported to be served and one person claiming to be the respondent appears and states that his Advocate Mr. J.S. Arya is not available.

It is not deemed appropriate to adjourn.

For the reasons stated the petition is allowed. 5.
HMA No.563694/2016 titled Sunil Vs. Shobha of the Court of Shri M.C. Gupta, Principal Judge, North-West District, Family Court, Rohini, Delhi is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family TR.P.(C.) 42/2017

The Transferor Court is requested to forthwith have the file physically transferred to the Transferee Court.
