By virtue of the present application, under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.102/2023 dated 01.02.2023, registered at PS.: Timarpur, Delhi under Sections 307/174A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959.
