The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 115/2021 of PS Wazirabad for offence under Section 392/394/397/411/34 IPC. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after testimony of the vital witnesses related to the TIP and recovery proceedings and requests to direct expeditious disposal of pending trial in which out of 34 prosecution witnesses, 18 have been examined till date.

As requested, the bail application as well as the accompanying application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. The learned trial court is requested to expedite the trial.
