The cheques given by the petitioner towards the 4th, 5th and 6th instalments have been encashed.

The Registrar General is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount to respondent no.2 in the following manner:- (i) 50% amount of the three instalments amount be transferred to the savings bank A/c No.33004822604 of respondent no.2 with State Bank of India, Seemapuri Branch, Delhi (IFSC Code: SBIN0004839). (ii) The balance 50% amount be kept in FDR in the name of respondent no.2 for a period of 1 year with cumulative interest. 3.

The original FDR shall remain with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank to the respondent No.2.

The maturity amount of the FDR be released to respondent No.2 in his aforesaid savings bank account.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted

without the permission of this Court.

Respondent no.2 present in Court along with his counsel submits that the petitioner has paid the entire award amount and therefore, this writ petition be disposed of.

The writ petition and the application are disposed of. The show cause notice issued by the Commissioner relating to the imposition of penalty is discharged.

8.

Copy of the order be sent to the petitioner.

9.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for respondent no.2 under the signature of the Court Master.
