The petitioner, vide the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) seeks setting aside of the order dated 22.09.2025 passed by learned Judge Family Court, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi in HMA no.61319/2016 entitled 'Arvind Singh v. Rajini & Anr.'. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering that the letter dated 08.07.2025 was already forming a part of the record before the learned Family Court as it was filed by the respondent no.1 alongwith the divorce petition, she does not wish to press the present petition and seeks withdrawal thereof, with liberty to take appropriate steps, if any, in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
