This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking early hearing. 2.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and CONT.CAS(C) 1793/2025 is taken up for hearing today itself. 3.

The application stands disposed of.

The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the judgment/ order dated 20.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 1417/2020. The operative directions therein are as under: "18. The petitioner would be entitled to be treated as an OBC (insider) candidate with respect to his candidature under Advertisement No. 01/14 issued by the DSSSB for the post of TGT (Computer Science) bearing post code 19212014.

19. has sought appointment as TGT (Computer Science), consequent to his participation in the selection, would stand allowed." 5.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in terms of the aforesaid judgment, the petitioner was duly treated as an OBC (insider) candidate with respect to his candidature and results were also published accordingly on 11.02.2026.

It is further submitted, on instructions that the respondents are in the process of issuing an offer of appointment to the petitioner. 7.

It is assured and undertaken that the same shall be done latest within a period of eight weeks from today, subject to verification of documents and antecedents.

Needless to say, all documents that may be required by the respondents for completing the necessary formalities, shall be timely sought from the petitioner to ensure compliance within the aforesaid period. 9.

Taking the above assurance and undertaking on record, the present petition stands disposed of.
