This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with directions to the learned ARC to dispose of the petition expeditiously in view of the proceedings which were pending before this Court and the stay granted by this Court there has been no progress in the Trial Court. The Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the petition within an outer limit of eight months from today.

Parties are directed to appear before the concerned ARC on 25.4.2016.
