% 07.02.2017 This writ petition is directed against the orders dated 09.11.2013, 11.05.2015 and 02.02.2016 passed by the respondents directing the petitioner to vacate the Government quarters allotted to her vide letter dated 15.06.2011.
No one has appeared in support of the writ petition today. It appears to us that the writ petition was dismissed in default by an order dated 04.05.2016. However, on an application made by the petitioner, the writ petition was restored.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has already vacated the quarters. The quarters were vacated on 11.06.2016 and the petitioner has since been drawing House Rent Allowance. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
