The Petitioner, who appears in person, impugns order dated 05.12.2017, whereby the Session Court has adjourned the proceedings sine die to await the outcome of the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner impugning the decision of the Medical Council of India holding that the concerned Doctors as 'not negligent' 2.
Petitioner further seeks transfer of the proceedings from District CRL.M.C.1711/2018
Court at Rohini to the District Courts at Karkardooma on account of his medical condition.

After some arguments, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply to the concerned Court for expeditious disposal of the Writ Petition filed by him and further to seek transfer, if the cause so arises, after the said proceedings are disposed of.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner as prayed for. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J APRIL 09, 2018 'Sn'
