% 21.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the decision taken by the respondent No.2-Eastern Regional Committee of National Council of Teachers Education in its 204th Meeting held on 15th to 17th February, 2016 whereby petitioner-institution's application for recognition for B.Ed. Course for Academic Session 2016-2017 was refused under Section 14(3)(b) of NCTE Act, 1993.
Since the impugned order is an appealable order, learned counsel for petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal.
Keeping in view the limited controversy involved in the present case, this Court directs NCTE to dispose of petitioner's appeal if filed within two days within a period of four weeks.
With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition and applications are disposed of.
