% 28.09.2018 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondent company forms part of the Amrapali Group and the Supreme Court is seized with the issue regarding the entire Amrapali Group. She also submits that the proceedings are pending before the NCLT. She submits that these matters be also transferred to NCLT.
In my opinion, it would be appropriate that these company petitions be transferred to the NCLT where other such matters are also listed. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the NCLT is also awaiting the outcome of the proceedings pending before the Supreme Court. In view of the above, the present petitions are transferred to NCLT under section 434 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Registry will take appropriate steps. JAYANT NATH, J.
