The present petition has been filed assailing the order dated 18.11.2025 vide which Non-Bailable Warrants have been issued against the petitioner in Cr. Case No. 16313/2023 titled as State vs. Krishan Lal. 2.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner had moved an application seeking discharge. The said application was listed on 18.10.2025 and was thereafter adjourned to 18.11.2025.

He submits that on the said date i.e. 18.11.2025, the petitioner had moved an application seeking exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner. However, the petitioner had joined through VC. 4.

petitioner could not appear personally.

Having regard to the circumstances articulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is allowed and the NBWs issued against the petitioner are cancelled subject to cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be deposited in the Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund, Account No. 15530110074442, IFSC Code: UCBA0001553, Bank and Branch: UCO Bank, Delhi High Court.

In view of the above, the petition alongwith pending application stands disposed of.
