1. On that last occasion, one Mr. Mohd. Ainul Ansari, Advocate appeared for the Respondent and sought time to file reply and his vakalatnama. Neither have been filed till date. None appears for the Respondent despite service. The Respondent is accordingly set ex parte.

2. With there being no opposition, the prayer for appointment of the Arbitrator is allowed.

3. The Court, accordingly appoints Mr. K. G. Gopalakrishnan, Advocate (Mobile No.9810813707) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International ARB.P. 252/2016

Arbitration Centre („DAC‟). The fee of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators‟ Fees) Rules.
