Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.134/2011 registered under Sections 308/506/323/34 IPC at PS Hari Nagar. Status report is on record. It is stated that the matter has been settled between the parties with their free consent amicably.

Respondents No.2 & 3 - the victims are present in the Court and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them if they have settled the dispute with the petitioners amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with their free consent and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR in CRL.M.C. 1609/2016

It is further informed that the cross-case vide FIR No.122/2012 registered under Sections 323/506/34 IPC at PS Hari Nagar has been agreed to be settled / compounded. 3.

I have examined the Trial Court record. Only formal witnesses have so far been examined.

Testimony of no material witness has been recorded so far. The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of compromise deed dated 14.01.2016 has been placed on record.

Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.134/2011 registered under Sections 308/506/323/34 IPC at PS Hari Nagar and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 20,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
