O R D E R
The learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner has already filed an application under Section 11 of the arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator. In the circumstances, the order passed on 15.07.2016 shall continue till the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. However, the parties would be at liberty to apply for vacation/modification of the order dated 15.07.2016 before the arbitral tribunal as and when constituted. It is clarified that nothing stated in these proceedings should be construed as an expression of opinion on the maintainability as well as the merits of the disputes. The petition is disposed of.
