1. None appears for the Respondents despite one pass over.

2. The existence of the arbitration clause and the invocation of arbitration clause by sending a legal notice by the Petitioner remains uncontroverted. The Court accordingly appoints a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, including their claims and counter-claims. It is ordered that the arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC').

3. The Petitioner will appear before the DAC on 8th March 2017 at 11 am for further steps in this regard.

4. The petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the Additional Coordinator DAC forthwith.
