% 02.08.2016 At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent states that he would have no objection if an Arbitrator is appointed by this Court. The learned counsel for the parties agreed that Shri Kuldeep Singh, (Retired, ADJ( (Mobile No.9910711731) be appointed as an Arbitrator. It is, accordingly, so directed. The fees of the Arbitrator is fixed in accordance with the Schedule IV of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A copy of this order be forwarded to Mr Kuldeep Singh, (Retired, ADJ) on the address to be furnished by the parties. The application is disposed of.
