% 29.03.2017 The present application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for the grant of bail in FIR No.270/2016, under Sections 308/341/406/427 /34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act, Police Station North Rohini.

It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that for the last five dates no public witness has been examined before the trial court and the ground taken by the learned ASJ for dismissal of the bail application of the petitioner is that the public witnesses are yet to be examined. It is further submitted that the next date fixed before the trial court is 30.03.2017.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application.

Consequently, on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to move the fresh bail application subject to further developments. Dasti.
