The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing and setting aside of the order dated 22nd August, 2025, passed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") under Section 345-A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, in respect of the property of the petitioner bearing No. F-6, Udyog Nagar, Industrial Area, Rohtak Road, Delhi. 2.

The present petition basically pertains to the issue of conversion of the premises in question from industrial to commercial use. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent-MCD submits that the whole of the property in question is being put for commercial use. He has also handed over photographs in this regard, which are taken on record. 4.

the property in question is being used for commercial purpose. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also handed over certain photographs, which are taken on record.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition, and seeks liberty for the same.

He further submits that the petitioner shall seek his remedies, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
