% 23.05.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in Court. He submits that he had filed a complaint No. 532198/2016 (Old No.134/1/15) against the petitioners before the trial court tilted Arshed Ali Fehmi Vs. Ahmed Bukhari & Ors. under Sections 449/450/452/506/120B IPC, which is pending before Ms. Shilpi Jain, Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Court. He further submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court on 28th November, 2017, therefore, he is not willing to pursue his complaint and the same may be quashed. In this regard, statement of respondent no.2, on oath, has been recorded separately. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

respondent no.2 voluntarily before the Mediation Centre, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in continuance of complaint case. Accordingly, aforementioned complaint case is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
