% 22.03.2016 CM Appl. 10879/2016 (exemption) in W.P.(C) 2559/2016 Allowed, subject to just exceptions W.P.(C) 2559/2016 & CM Appl. 10878/2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to conduct 34th National Shooting Ball Championship in Senior Boys and Girls Wing at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra from 25th to 27th March, 2016.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that the aforesaid National Shooting Ball Championship has already been held between 12th and 14th February, 2016 at Rau, Indore, Madhya Pradesh and respondent No.2 in an illegal manner wants to conduct the same once again in Maharashtra. He

further states that career of the players and athletes who participated in the National Shooting Ball Championship held in Madhya Pradesh will be adversely affected if the championship is held once again in the same year. A perusal of the file reveals that raising the same grievances, the petitioner-association has made a representation dated 11th March, 2016 to the Additional Secretary, Government of India. Consequently, present writ petition and application are disposed of with a direction to the Additional Secretary, Government of India, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 11th March, 2016 on or before 24th March, 2016.
