% 23.08.2018 After some hearing, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, the only apprehension of the petitioners being that their version and the documents submitted by them may got overlooked during the investigation.

The apprehension seems to be groundless as this court is confident that the investigating agency would carry out a fair probe wherein not only the allegations made in the FIR would be subjected to proper investigation but the version, if any, presented during the investigation by those against whom allegations are made and, of course, the documents and records they produce will also be duly considered.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
