1. Mr P Chidambaram, learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner will reply to the impugned Show Cause Notice ('SCN') on or before 4:00 pm on 25th March, 2016. A soft copy thereof will be also sent by email to the Respondents. He further states that the Petitioner reserves its right to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition at the appropriate stage and seek appropriate remedies as may be available to it in accordance with law.

2. In view of the above statement, no directions as such are called for in this petition. The legal issues raised in this petition are left open for decision in an appropriate petition.
