This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to pay interest on the delayed release of gratuity and commuted pension. The grievance is that the representation dated 01.07.2025 has not been considered till date.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with directions to respondent no.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a speaking order. 3.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh detailed representation within two weeks from today.
