% 11.04.2017 On the last date of hearing, this court had observed that copies of successive challans No. 353369 and 353368 were filed at Page No. 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the writ petition. Counsel for the respondent had pointed out that this was a blatant attempt to mislead the court. It is also noticed that copies styled as challans and filed at Pages 17, 18, 19 and 20 are receipts of amounts deposited under the Right to Information Act. At this stage, Mr. Sharma wishes to withdraw this petition. He submits that this is an inadvertent error on behalf of his clerk. We had noticed similar discrepancies in earlier petitions filed as well. The petition is dismissed as not pressed. The petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to be

deposited with Delhi High Court Mediation Centre within two weeks from today.

CM No.12318/2017 is also dismissed as withdrawn. G.S.SISTANI, J.
