None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out. 2.

Mr. Jitendra Vats, owner/occupier of the property bearing No. 93, Bhubaliya Mohalla, Aya Nagar, South Delhi, New Delhi-110047, enters appearance and submits that though he is the owner/occupier of the property in question, he has not been made a party to the present matter. 3.

This Court is informed that a Demolition Order dated 18th August, 2025 already stands passed by the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD").

The owner/occupier of the subject property is granted liberty to make a representation to the MCD, for the purposes of granting a hearing to him. 5.

Further, liberty is also granted to the owner/occupier of the property in question, to approach the Appellate Tribunal MCD ("ATMCD"), to file an appeal against the Demolition Order passed by the MCD.
