W.P.(CRL) 978/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole and challenges the communication dated 12th February, 2018 rejecting the application of the petitioner seeking parole on the ground to find suitable match for his daughter and for re-establishing social ties. A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that when the communication rejecting parole was sent, the petitioner had already been granted furlough for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 6th February, 2018. Since after the filing of the application the petitioner has availed the benefit of parole for a period of two weeks, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. W.P.(CRL) 978/2018

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintedent, Mandoli Jail.
