% 02.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 21st September, 2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3829/2014.

The admitted position is that the aforesaid Division Bench's order has been stayed by the Supreme Court.

Consequently, present contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if the Supreme Court vacates or modifies the stay order or dismisses the Special Leave petition. MANMOHAN, J AUGUST 02, 2016 js
