% 04.04.2016 After some hearing the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he be allowed to withdraw the appeal as the recalculation of the compensation, even if done on the lines submitted in the appeal, would not result in any major difference in that the awards under non-pecuniary heads need to be revised upwards. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The balance of the amount deposited by the insurance company in terms of order dated 10.07.2013 shall now also be released to the claimants.
