% 16.05.2018 By this petition, the petitioner has sought parole on the ground that he has to file SLP and maintain social ties and also challenges the order dated 31st January, 2018 rejecting application of the petitioner for parole on the grounds noted above.

Learned ASC for the State has handed over latest nominal roll of the petitioner which is taken on record. As per the latest nominal roll the petitioner has since been granted furlough by the DG (Prisons) w.e.f. 9th May, 2018 to 30th May, 2018. Thus furlough having been granted to the petitioner, he can avail the same for filing the SLP and maintaining the social ties.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
