% 27.09.2016 This matter has been sent to this Court by the District and Sessions Judge observing that in para 73, Jurisdiction in Delhi, has been claimed on the basis that defendants no.2 and 3 are residing in Delhi, however, defendant no.2 resides in Jhilmil Colony, which falls within Shahadara District whereas defendant no.3 resides in Sector 2, Rohini. This matter has been sent back to the Delhi High Court for allocation to the Court of a competent jurisdiction. Since defendant no.2 is residing in Jhilmil Colony, which falls in Shahadara District, this matter shall be listed before the District Judge, Shahdara, on 17.10.2016.
