The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 10.02.2016 passed in Execution Petition No.244/2015 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

The notice in the petition was issued on 22.03.2016 to the respondent returnable on 16.05.2016. The service of notice through speed post could not be effected as the notice was not collected from the Registry. However, the notice sent through courier was awaited. On 16.05.2016, on petitioner taking steps, fresh notice was issued to the respondent returnable for today i.e. 19.08.2016.

Today, neither is there an appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite third call nor have steps been taken by the petitioner for effecting the service of notice on the respondent. 4.

The petitioner does not seem to be interested in prosecuting the matter.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
