The present petition, filed under Section 29A (4) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.

The disputes between the parties pertain to a Term Sheet dated 20.01.2021 in respect of a Power Purchase Agreement. The learned Sole Arbitrator was appointed vide order dated 06.09.2022 passed by this Court in OMP (I) (COMM.) 236/2022.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage.
