% 08.07.2017 During negotiations in Pre Sitting of Lok Adalat, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The appellant has challenged in this appeal an order dated 26.10.2015 passed in Suit No.452/2013 by learned Additional District Judge, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi. The parties are agreeable to settle the theft bill of Rs.4,53,298/- for a sum of Rs.1,82,000/- in full and final settlement.
It is submitted by learned counsel for appellant that they have already deposited an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- as per order of the learned Trial Court and the remaining amount of Rs.32,000/- shall be paid in three instalments of Rs.12,000/- by 30.06.2017; Rs.10,000/-
by 30.07.2017 and Rs.10,000/- by 30.08.2017.
Learned counsel for respondent submits that subject to verification of amount of Rs.1,50,000/- stated to have been paid by appellant and subject to commercial formalities the connection of the appellant shall be restored within a week, as per rules. Nothing remains in the appeal.
In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of. Order dasti.
