O R D E R

% 30.07.2018 The petitioner has been granted interim protection by an order dated 24.03.2018. Monies as directed by this Court have been deposited. A detailed scheme of appropriation of the amount and the maintenance of the complainant has been passed in Bail Application No. 684/2018. Since, the petitioner has joined investigations and has complied with the Court's order, the protection is confirmed.

In the circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 0111/2018 under sections 420/406/468/471/34 IPC at Police Station, Keshav Puram, Delhi, he be released on bail on his

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate the investigation as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) he shall make no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the complainant or relatives or close associates; (iii) his mobile phone number shall be operational at all times, so that the police could contact him;

(iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

Observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition is disposed-off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JULY 30, 2018 RW
