During the course of hearing it transpires that the petitioner as well as the impleadment applicant in CM Appl. 718/2026, both are claiming to be the office bearers of the all India Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Railway Employees Association. Both have made various submissions as to why they should be treated to be recognised association. 2.

However, the Court is of the considered opinion that such a dispute cannot be gone into in a writ jurisdiction.

with law with respect to their grievance of being office bearers of the said authority.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. As contended by the impleadment applicant, if this issue is already adjudicated the same will have to govern the further course, unless the petitioner is able to prove otherwise.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid terms. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
