% 09.07.2018 Vide order dated 26.11.2015 passed by the Hon'ble Court, this matter was transferred to the East District in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015. Now, this matter has been received back from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-4 (East District) through the learned District & Sessions Judge (East), on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction since suit property is stated to be situated in Krishna Nagar, which falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District.

Registry to transmit the record of this case to the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts forthwith. Parties to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge (Shahdara) on 13th July, 2018 at 02:00 pm.
