% 15.03.2017 In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Shashi Gaur Vs. NCT of Delhi (2001) 10 SCC 445 and which judgment sets out the ratio that termination of services of an employee of a school can only be challenged by means of filing of an appeal under Section 8(3) of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 before the Delhi School Tribunal, accordingly, this appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Delhi School Tribunal.
