The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "1. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents No. 1 to 4 not to harass the Petitioner unnecessarily and to provide adequate police protection to the life and property of the Petitioner at H. No. 10/1061, Mansarovar Park, Shahdara, Delhi-110032 and to take legal action as per law against the Respondent No. 5 to 8;

2. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of calling for the record of any complaint, report, or proceeding pending or registered against the Petitioner at Police Station Mansarovar Park from the respondent no, 5 to 8;

3. Direct the Respondents No. 1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on the Petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2025 and ensure removal of illegal occupants from his property and register the FIR in the appropriate sections of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Mr. R.S. Juneja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of the property in question and wish to raise construction on the same. However, the respondent no.5, who happens to be his brother is creating obstruction and has even threatened the petitioner.

He submits that the petitioner had made a complaint to the police on the basis of which FIR No. 384/2025 has already been registered, but the petitioner still apprehends threat from the respondent nos. 5 - 8. 6.

In view of the above, issue notice.

Mr. Anand V. Khatri, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State accepts notice.

He further apprise the Court that there is a cross FIR registered against the present petitioner as well, which is FIR No. 383/2025 registered at PS Mansarovar Park.

Having regard to the rival contentions, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the SHO to share the number of the beat constables of the area with the petitioner and respondent no. 5. In the event any distress call is received either from the petitioner or from the respondent no.5, the same shall be attended to on urgent basis, in accordance with law. 10.
