This is a petition seeking issuance of direction to respondent no. 1 to order defreezing of the bank account of the petitioner and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

The Ld. complaint. He further submits that petitioner filed an application under 497/503 of BNS, 2023 before the Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class seeking defreezing of its HDFC bank account frozen by the investigating agency. However, the application has not been decided till date because of non-filing of the reply by the State. It is submitted that the next date listed before the Trial Court is 05.12.2025.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, Ld. ASC appearing for the State assures that the reply would be filed before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is disposed of with direction to the Ld. Trial Court to make best possible endeavor to dispose of the pending application of the petitioner in the most expeditious manner.
