Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 B.N.S.S., 2023 and petitioner is seeking directions in the nature of Habeas Corpus to the respondent no. 2 to produce Master D, son of petitioner.

Admittedly, the petitioner has already taken alternate remedy by filing petition under Section 7 and 25 of Guardianship and Wards Act, 1890. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after hearing some arguments and without prejudice to his rights and contentions, prays to withdraw the present petition.

In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
