The suit file has been placed before this Court vide order dated 9.08.2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Original) stating inter alia that the case has been received back from the court of the learned District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi, in terms of the order dated 13.07.2016 to the effect that the case does not pertain to the said district.

Counsels for the parties state that the contesting defendant in the present suit is the defendant No.2/Bank, whose branch office is situated at Rajendera Place, New Delhi and therefore, the present case ought to have been forwarded to the court of the District & Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transmit the case file to the court of the District & Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The parties shall appear before the concerned court on 20th October, 2016. CS(OS) 1630/2014
