% 02.11.2018 Review Pet. No. 253/2018 in LPA No. 206/2016 Review Pet. No. 252/2018 & CM No. 26235/2018 in LPA No. 207/2016 Review Pet. No. 251/2018 in LPA No. 208/2016 Review Pet. No. 254/2018 in LPA No. 211/2016 Having heard Mr. Amish Jain, the review petitioner, who appears in person, it is evident that his solitary submission is that the findings arrived at by this Court by way of its order dated 04.05.2018, are erroneous. That being so, the said order can only be assailed, if at all, by way of an appeal. In view of the foregoing, the present application seeking review is untenable in law, as the review petitioner has been unable to show any cogent ground for review of the order dated 04.05.2018. The review petitions are accordingly dismissed. The pending application also stands disposed of.
The review petitioner is, however, at liberty to assail the aforesaid order, if so advised, on the ground of being erroneous. SIDDHARTH MRIDUL, J A.K. CHAWLA, J NOVEMBER 02, 2018/dn LPA 206/2016, 207/2016, 208/2016 & 211/2016
