After some hearing, Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant to approach the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage. 2.
The bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
