The Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners against the Order dated 21.11.2024 wherein the Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC' hereinafter) filed by the Claimants, for release of the compensation, has been adjourned for 24.01.2025.

The only grievance of the learned counsel is that the matter has been finally adjudicated on 06.08.2022, despite which the compensation amount is not being disbursed to the Claimants.
