% 17.12.2024 In light of the view taken by this court vide order dated 23.09.2024 made in BAIL APPLN No.3418/2024, Mr. Murari Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition seeking extension of interim bail and file a CRL.M.(BAIL) in the petition in which the interim bail was first granted.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed-for; without making any observations on the merits of the matter. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
