The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking interim bail of two months in FIR No. 351/2018 registered under Sections 364-A/302/201/120B/34 IPC at P.S. Nand Nagri, Delhi on account of illness of the applicant. 2.

A medical verification report has been placed on record stating therein that due medical care is being provided to the applicant and that his present medical condition is stable.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.

In view of the above, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.

Needless to state that in case the petitioner complaint of any further medical complaint, the same would be looked into immediately and be referred/reviewed at the referral hospital(s), if so advised.
