The Revision Petition under Section 115 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC' hereinafter) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for setting aside the Order dated 05.09.2024 vide which the right of the Petitioners, to file their Reply to the Application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC, has been closed and the matter is listed for arguments on the pending Application.

only understand Punjabi language. They have been appearing in the Court but are not aware of the proceedings, which are taking place in the Court. 5.
Considering the fact that this Application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC, was filed in February, 2020, despite which no Reply has been filed till date, one opportunity is given to the Revisionist, to file their Reply to the Application, within seven days, subject to cost of Rs.25,000/- to be paid to the Respondent.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly along with the pending Application.
