Counsels are agreed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the order dated 22.3.2018 passed in various writ petitions including W.P.(C) No.2308/2018, titled: Mr. Gaurav Jain and Ors. vs. Registrar of Companies and Ors. In sum, the petitioners seek to avail of the benefits of Condonation of Delay Scheme, 2018.

Counsel for the petitioner says that qua the subject companies i.e., Ashks Real Infra Pvt. Ltd. and Hksas Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., he seeks application of directives contained in the aforementioned order. 3.

Issue notice.

Mr. Bhardwaj accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. Counsels submit that in view of various orders passed by this Court in matters which are pari materia this writ petition be disposed of in line with the aforesaid order. W.P.(C) No.3091/2018

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to apply the directives contained in order dated 22.03.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.2308/2018, titled: Mr. Gaurav Jain and Ors. vs. Registrar of Companies and Ors.
