In view of the limited prayer made in the application, learned counsel for the official respondents does not wish to file a reply. 4.

The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows: "(a) Extend the time to comply with the direction passed in W.P. (C) 3088/2018 namely, Sanjeev Gulati and Ors Vs Union of India and Another."

For the reasons given therein, the prayer is allowed. 6.

Accordingly, time to file the FDR is extended till tomorrow i.e., 31.5.2018.
